CBRE Cambodia has announced a significant leadership transition, effective June 7, 2024. Mr. Lawrence Lennon, who has served as the Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia since 2021, will move to a new role within the organization as the Director of the Capital Markets team at CBRE Vietnam.

Stepping into the role of Managing Director at CBRE Cambodia will be Ms. Kinkesa Kim, a seasoned professional with a strong background in the Cambodian real estate market. Ms. Kim joined CBRE Cambodia in 2018, leading the Research and Consulting Department, and has served as Deputy Managing Director since 2023. She is well-positioned to drive the company forward, leveraging her extensive experience and strategic vision.
