The Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore became the focal point for showcasing Cambodia’s emerging investment potential through the seminar “Cambodia: An Overlooked Destination for Business and Investment,” on March 22, 2024. The event, orchestrated by Aquarii BD Cambodia, showcased the growing interest and strengthening economic relations between Cambodia and Singapore, revealing an untapped market ripe with opportunities for trade and investment.

The seminar, supported by leading partners such as Khmer Enterprise, Swisscontact, Phillip Bank, and was endorsed by the Cambodian Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) and the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) – the forum aimed to both inform and rectify common misconceptions about Cambodia’s investment climate. In addition the forum highlighted the nation’s rapid socio-economic progress and its welcoming stance towards foreign direct investment (FDI).
