Cambodia’s only fully Singapore-owned commercial bank, Phillip Bank Plc., has announced the extension of all its branch operating hours to 8:00 am – 4:00 pm to further serve the needs and provide added convenience for all its customers.
Moving from an 8:30 am opening time to an earlier time will provide the opportunity for Phillip Bank customers to process transactions as early as 8:00 am at any of the bank’s branch locations across Cambodia.
The new operating hours will include other services such as access to the bank’s Priority Lounge, and it is expected to speed up other banking operations.
At the Phillip Bank Priority Lounge customers can apply for priority banking services and enjoy various benefits, including a dedicated Relationship Manager, free annual health check-up, access to the airport lounge and many other benefits.
Phillip Bank Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chan Mach commented that the extended hours were an example of the bank’s ongoing commitment to provide further banking convenience to its customers whether in the physical or digital world.
“The physical banking extension is in addition to the newly launched internet banking platform which provides anytime banking safely and conveniently,” he said.
Phillip Bank recently launched its newly updated internet banking platform which allows Phillip Bank customers to process all financial transactions via a downloadable application on the client’s device or computer.
The application features special banking offers, a 24/7 banking support line, and a customizable user interface – which will allow clients to quickly check on all their banking transactions, including deposits and loans, in an organized fashion.
