Lyons brings over two decades of international hospitality experience, having most recently served as hotel manager at Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver, Canada. Under her leadership, Fairmont Pacific Rim achieved the prestigious Forbes Five-Star rating for both the hotel and its spa in 2023 and 2024.
Prior to her role in Vancouver, Lyons held senior management positions at Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai, China, and The St. Regis Doha in Qatar. Her extensive experience spans North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, making her a highly accomplished leader in the luxury hotel sector.
