Cambodia Investment Review
Dragon Land 598, a pioneering luxury residential project and the first of its kind in Cambodia and Southeast Asia, is set to redefine the concept of luxury living in the region. CBRE Cambodia, the Kingdom’s leading real estate service & investment advisory firm, has organized an Exclusive Agent’s Event on July 14th, offering potential buyers a comprehensive look at the exciting new project.
Located in the heart of Phnom Penh, Dragon Land 598 showcases an innovative design that seamlessly integrates residential areas with natural parks and roads, ensuring a safer, more comfortable living experience. The development’s advanced design segregates living areas between natural parks and roads, an approach that’s unique to Cambodia and Southeast Asia.
Revolutionary approach the project brings to the region
Jackey Tang, CEO of the Dragon Land project, is optimistic about the revolutionary approach the project brings to the region. “Dragon Land 598 pioneers a design that places a premium on safety and comfort, segregating living areas between natural parks and roads,” he said. Tang further noted that the project seeks to promote community living and harmony with nature.
Every home in Dragon Land 598 will feature modern facilities, a private elevator, a swimming pool, lounges, and ample parking space. The residential community offers world-class living, with a focus on wellness, modern design, and natural gardens.

The project is a collaborative effort between the Eleven Group, UC Design Build, and Morgan Group, who have over 20 years of experience in the Cambodian construction industry. With this combined expertise, the consortium has crafted a comprehensive estate development enterprise that aligns with the mature landscape of the Cambodian real estate sector.
Dragon Land 598 is centrally located at Road 598, bordering the Tonle Sap River in the east, Sensu sangkat in the west, and the junction of Daun Penh sangkat and Toul Kok sangkat in the south. It covers a total area of 160,000 square meters, with plans to construct 85 villas and 22 terraced houses. The project aligns with the overall city planning principles and showcases diversified architectural charm.
Growing demand for community-centric living
The multicultural project brings together key shareholders from diverse backgrounds, including China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, ensuring a global perspective on the residential development.
Shivali Chaman, Director of Property Management Services at CBRE Cambodia, expects the project to be well-received, given the recent increase in regional tourism and a growing demand in the real estate sector. “Developers, including Dragon Land, view this as an opportunity to cater to the growing demand for community-centric living, with a strong emphasis on well-being,” Shivali noted.

She encourages interested parties to seize the opportunities presented within the property sector, underlining the importance of understanding current real estate market trends. CBRE Cambodia’s professional sales team will be at the Exclusive Agent’s Event to provide more information about Dragon Land 598 and special promotional offers.
The event represents a significant opportunity to learn more about the innovative Dragon Land 598 project and its potential to shape the future of luxury living in Southeast Asia.
