Cambodia Investment Review
Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh is set to host the second edition of its flagship corporate social responsibility campaign, âUnited for Blood: Saving Lives Together â Year 2,â on Saturday, July 5, 2025. The initiative, in partnership with CIR Media, continues the property’s strong commitment to supporting public health and building a compassionate, resilient community in Cambodia.
This yearâs campaign is held in collaboration with InterCare Hospital and the National Blood Bank of Cambodia, with the goal of increasing the availability of safe blood supplies and promoting a nationwide culture of voluntary blood donation.
Expanding Partnerships for Greater Impact
The 2025 edition brings together a cross-section of supporters from the private and public sectors. Key partners include the Malaysian Business Chamber of Commerce (MBCC), Summer Bay Beach Club & Cabins Sihanoukville by Preference, and corporate sponsor CNGC. In addition to CIR Media, other media partners include Khmer Times, B2B Cambodia, FYN, BookMe+, and Studio 80s.

Mr. Demian Jung, General Manager of Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh, emphasized the broader mission behind the campaign. âThis initiative reflects the heart of Ascottâs CSR missionâfostering care, connection, and community resilience,â he said. âWe are proud to take part in this global movement, while making a local impact here in Phnom Penh.â
The campaign is part of The Ascott Limitedâs global CSR commitment to strengthening the social fabric in cities where it operates, including Phnom Penh.
A Small Act with Life-Saving Impact
The event invites both returning and first-time donors to contribute to a cause that directly supports Cambodiaâs healthcare system. All participating donors will receive a blood donation card, light refreshments, and a small token of appreciation as a thank-you for their life-saving contribution.
Organizers hope the campaign not only meets immediate blood supply needs but also inspires long-term habits of voluntary donation across Cambodia.

With the countryâs healthcare sector continuing to evolve, initiatives like this are essential in bridging critical gaps in emergency care and medical response.
A Venue for Impact and Hospitality
The event will take place at Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh, located at One Park in Phnom Penh City Center. Known for its upscale serviced residences and hospitality standards, the property has also become a leader in social engagement, using its platform to drive health and community-focused initiatives.
