Khmer Enterprise proudly hosted the Award Handover Ceremony for the Packaging Design and Garment & Textile Competitions. These competitions attracted around 200 applicants, demonstrating significant creativity and technical productivity in the garment & textile industries.

H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate to the Royal Government in charge of CEO of Khmer Enterprise, warmly welcomed respected judges, contestants, and honored guests, emphasizing Khmer Enterprise’s mission to build a strong platform for entrepreneurs to showcase their talents and promote local brands.

Let’s congratulate the awardees of the Garment and Textile Competition:

The Garment, Footwear, and Travel Goods (GFT) sector is a cornerstone of Cambodia’s economy, which contributes significantly to the national GDP by accounting for approximately 52% of total exports and generating about $13 billion in revenue. This sector comprises around 1,600 factories, which directly employ over 900,000 workers.[*] In a strategic effort to enhance the industry, Khmer Enterprise organized the “Office Wear Krama Collection” Garment and Textile Competition to promote a local raw-material supply chain, boost domestic productivity, and raise public awareness, thereby strengthening the resilience of this vital economic growth sector.

Khmer Enterprise extends sincere gratitude to all stakeholders, including strategic partners, distinguished jury members, and talented candidates, for their steadfast support in nurturing entrepreneurship and innovation to elevate Cambodia’s industrial and creative capabilities for the local and global market.
