Flexible Programs for Working Professionals
Paragon’s MBA and DBA programs are offered online and in hybrid format, Monday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This flexible structure allows students to pursue advanced degrees without interrupting their professional lives. Learners also benefit from Paragon’s interactive digital platform, which provides access to live sessions, recorded content, assignments, and direct communication with faculty.
Courses are taught by international professors from the USA, France, Switzerland, Malaysia, and other countries, ensuring that students gain global business perspectives while working on regionally relevant case studies. To maintain high-quality delivery, instructor evaluations are conducted twice per semester.
