Cambodia Leadership Review
The Singapore Learning Academy (SLA) hosted its flagship Women’s Leadership Conference 2025 on June 09, bringing together over 200 professionals and innovators to explore the evolving role of women in exponential technologies, artificial intelligence, and leadership innovation.
Held at the Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy, the day-long event was organized under the theme “Future Innovators Wanted: Leadership in Exponential Technologies and an Innovative Mindset.” Participants from Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, France, and Cambodia joined forces to address how women are leading the charge in shaping tomorrow’s digital economy.
The conference was supported by Cambodia’s Ministry of Women’s Affairs and featured H.E. Kry Nallis, Secretary of State, as Guest of Honour, representing Minister H.E. Dr Ing Kantha Phavi. SLA CEO Tan Wee Pin underscored the urgency and opportunity of the moment, stating the event was “not just a conference—but a catalyst” for change.

An intimate fireside chat focused on purpose-driven leadership, emphasizing ethical decision-making and adaptability in an AI-accelerated world. Speakers reinforced the importance of balancing innovation with human-centered values.
Building a Regional Innovation Network

Participants engaged in breakout sessions and informal meetups throughout the day, exchanging ideas for cross-border projects, talent development, and scalable innovation strategies. The conference aims to serve as an annual launchpad for initiatives supporting gender equity in the innovation economy.
