AmCham Cambodia’s Legal Committee will host a half-day seminar titled “Labour Law & The Future of Compliance” on October 24, 2025, at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1. The event, running from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., aims to provide employers, HR professionals, and legal practitioners with practical insights into Cambodia’s evolving labour law landscape.
The session will explore employment contracts, termination obligations, and dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Attendees will also gain updates on compliance practices involving labour inspections, self-declarations, and consultations with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
As Cambodia’s workforce continues to expand and labour regulations tighten, the seminar comes at a critical time for companies looking to ensure proper compliance and risk management.
