Governance and Strategic Responsibilities

The EuroCham Board of Directors plays a critical role in overseeing the chamber’s governance and setting strategic priorities. Board responsibilities include electing the Executive Committee, establishing and terminating sectoral committees, approving internal regulations, strategic direction, and the annual budget, as well as appointing the Executive Director.

Additionally, the Board ensures the chamber’s activities comply with both regulations and internal policies. Members of the Board meet quarterly, while the Executive Committee meets monthly to address operational matters and oversee implementation of the chamber’s strategic plans.

The newly elected Board will serve a two-year term, continuing EuroCham’s efforts to represent the interests of the European business community and facilitate a constructive business environment in Cambodia.

Annual General Meet and Mix

Following the AGM, EuroCham will host its Annual General Meet and Mix, a premier networking event for the business community. The evening gathering will be held at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on March 27.

This signature event is expected to attract business leaders, professionals, and key stakeholders from Cambodia’s private sector, offering a valuable opportunity to strengthen connections, build new relationships, and engage with EuroCham’s leadership and members.

Continued Growth of EuroCham Cambodia

Founded in 2011 through the collaboration of the French, German, and British business associations, EuroCham Cambodia serves as the official chamber for the European business community in the Kingdom. The organization has since grown to represent over 400 members, with seven national chapters comprising 23 European countries.

Through advocacy, networking, and business support services, EuroCham continues to play a pivotal role in promoting European investment and supporting the growth of the private sector in Cambodia.
