NGO Toutes à l’école Luxembourg and Chandara Student Homes, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OCIC Group to collaborate on academic and professional development of young women in Cambodia. The signing ceremony took place at Connexion, Koh Pich.

Toutes à l’école Luxembourg is dedicated to providing high-quality education and housing to underprivileged young women, supporting them during higher education and their first professional experiences. This collaboration with OCIC Group aims to broaden these opportunities, offering students practical industry and professional insights, as well as hands-on experience in sustainable projects.

“Through this partnership, we are opening new doors for our students, providing them with opportunities they need to thrive in their professional lives,” said Sokha Mov, Country Director of Toutes à l’école Luxembourg.

The event featured the first edition of Connexion Talks, with movers and shakers speakers such as:

●           Kim Tol Tan – Founder and CEO of Grow 4 Growth and Women Shaping Cambodia.

●           Lea Bogatin – Managing Director of Linx-international.

●           Thierry Tea – Vice-President of OCIC Group.

Engaging With Speakers & Sharing Projects

Students from Toutes à l’école Luxembourg, Passerelles Numériques, Enfants d’Asie, the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology, CamTech University, and other institutions attended, engaging with the speakers, sharing their projects, and getting professional feedbacks from the speakers.

“Cambodia is at the cross road of a generational transition. This is why we believe it is very important for OCIC Group to support wider access to education for young women in Cambodia. Education is a key element to the socio-economic development of our nation.” said Thierry Tea, Vice-President of OCIC Group.

Building on their previous collaboration in the Green Oasis community project—which aims to plant 1 million trees with a focus on urban areas in Cambodia—this MoU further strengthens the commitment of OCIC Group and Toutes à l’école Luxembourg to fostering sustainable development and educational excellence.
