Heng Victor: In 2024, AG received the Global Recognition Award and the Great ASEAN CSR Business Award. These accolades reflect not only technical excellence, but also our commitment to responsible business practices, leadership, and long-term contribution to Cambodia’s economic development. They reinforce the firm’s strategic direction and the strength of its governance and professional culture.
HW: How has leadership shaped AG’s development and positioning in the market?
Heng Victor: The firm is led by Heng Victor, Managing Partner and CEO, who brings more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting, and tax. His academic background includes a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of London, a Master of Business Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles, and a Master of Public Law from the Université Paris 8. He is also an ASEAN Certified Public Accountant, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and Fellow of the Certified Management Accountant.
Victor’s leadership approach emphasises integration, innovation, and long-term capability building. This has been central to AG’s evolution into a multi-disciplinary professional services provider.

The new premises provide a high-quality working environment for a rapidly expanding team and support the firm’s ambition to continue scaling its services.
