In his opening remarks, Mr. Ly Vandy, Director of CABS Consulting, shared recent cases of cyberattacks that occurred during the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict. He emphasized Cambodia’s strong technological defenses and clarified that claims of system breaches were false and misleading.
