Cambodia Investment Review
Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading super app, is proud to announce a humanitarian donation of 250,000 USD to support schools, health centers, and communities impacted by recent events in provinces along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
Grab’s donation will be directed towards rebuilding and renovating damaged schools, health centers, and other essential community infrastructure, ensuring that students, families, and local communities can regain access to education and healthcare services.
Grab will work closely with school principals, health center directors, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the donation and the success of the initiative. By focusing on rebuilding critical infrastructure, Grab aims to empower communities, foster resilience, and provide hope for a brighter future.
“We are deeply committed to supporting the communities we serve. I hope this contribution can help rebuild and restore hope, and remind those affected that they are not alone. This is for the schools, the homes, and the lives that were shaken. More than anything, I hope this support brings comfort and strength to the people who need it most.” said Kang Sovannarot “Mike,” Country Head of Grab Cambodia.
Grab remains devoted to driving positive change and supporting sustainable development across Cambodia. This humanitarian effort highlights Grab’s vision of empowering communities and contributing to their long-term recovery and growth.
