The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (CanCham) has officially launched the vendor registration call for its much-anticipated 2025 Canada Day Celebration, set to take place on Saturday, June 21, at the Connexion building on Koh Pich. The family-friendly event promises a lively atmosphere with performances, food, and activities for all ages—similar in spirit and scale to the popular WIG Christmas Fair.
Early Access for CanCham Members
CanCham members will receive exclusive early access to booth selection beginning May 12, providing an opportunity to secure premium locations at the venue. Public registration will open shortly thereafter on May 16, allowing a wide range of vendors—food trucks, product sellers, and service providers—to join the celebration.
The vendor package details are as follows:
- Regular Table (Products/Services) – $50
Includes one 150x60cm table and two chairs. Suitable for non-consumable goods such as crafts, clothing, or services. - F&B Table (Food & Beverage) – $120
Includes two 150x60cm tables and two chairs. Reserved for consumables such as coffee, snacks, beer, and meals. - Food Truck – $250
Limited to three slots, food trucks will benefit from prominent outdoor locations.
All booths include basic setup, and white table coverings will be provided. A detailed floor plan showing booth locations is available in the event’s official PDF layout.
Packed Entertainment Line-Up
The event will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, featuring a full schedule of performances on a dedicated 6x3m stage. Highlights include:
- Monster Academy and First Class Academy taekwondo demonstrations
- Katy Dance Studio performances in ballet and K-pop
- Student band performances from CIS
- Puppet shows, singing performances, and audience interaction activities
In addition, children can enjoy bouncy castles, face painting, arts and crafts, and more throughout the day, thanks to activity partners like Funderland and Acacia School.

- Gold – $550
- Platinum – $800
