Cambodia Investment Review
The Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) Digital Innovation and Sustainable Economy Centre (E-DISC) has launched the One ASEAN Startup Award 2025: Bridge to Brilliance, aiming to recognize and support high-potential startups across the ASEAN region, with a significant focus on fostering innovation within Cambodia.
Opportunities for Cambodian Innovators
Cambodian startups are encouraged to participate, particularly in the Vietnam Pre-Event targeting Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Two winners from each pre-event will receive a US$10,000 research fund to support their expansion plans and contribute to ERIA’s research initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Operational Presence: Startups must currently have or plan to establish business operations in Cambodia or other target countries designated for each pre-event.
- Development Stage: Startups should be at the Pre-Seed to Series B stage, with well-developed ideas regarding their minimum viable product.
- Research Collaboration: Nominated startups must propose a research topic with a concrete action plan and show a willingness to work together with ERIA experts on research initiatives.

Deadline
The deadline for the Vietnam Pre-Event, which includes Cambodia, is March 30, 2025.
