Cambodia Investment Review
EuroCham Cambodia will host the Transport & Logistics Forum 2025 on February 12 at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh. The event will bring together key stakeholders from the private sector and the Ministry of Public Works and Transport to discuss strategies for strengthening Cambodia’s role as a regional logistics hub.
The forum will highlight findings from a comprehensive study conducted by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in partnership with JICA, which surveyed private sector stakeholders, including members of EuroCham’s Transports & Logistics Committee. The study analyzed Cambodia’s transportation costs, efficiency, and logistics challenges, offering valuable insights into the country’s logistics performance.
Cambodia’s Potential To Fill Gaps In Global Supply Chains
Additionally, industry experts will explore best practices in cold chain logistics, a critical system for safely transporting perishable goods such as food, medicine, and vaccines. The discussions will also focus on Cambodia’s potential to fill gaps in global supply chains as an alternative to China and the policy improvements needed to position the country as a leading logistics hub in the Sub-Mekong region.
