The pink lighting created a powerful visual statement, encouraging more people to spread awareness for early detection and highlighting the importance of breast cancer prevention. According to the World Health Organization, breast cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting women worldwide, underscoring the need for regular screenings and proactive health measures.

“Awareness and early screenings play a crucial role in the fight against breast cancer,” said Dr. Demosthenes Reyes of Intercare Hospital. “Encouraging our community to take these steps can make a real difference.”
