Cambodia investment Review
Realestate.com.kh, Cambodia’s leading online property marketplace, has launched its new Connect Center, located at 306BCD Preah Monivong Blvd (93), Phnom Penh. This initiative aims to bring professional tools and resources to freelance agents, as well as other industry stakeholders, to foster growth and collaboration within the country’s real estate sector.
A Hub for Professional Growth and Collaboration
The launch marks a significant step in Realestate.com.kh’s efforts to engage the entire real estate industry by promoting efficiency, transparency, and professionalism. The Connect Center will serve as a central hub for freelance agents, developers, industry professionals, and investors, offering a range of services and opportunities to help strengthen Cambodia’s real estate market.
Speaking to Cambodia Investment Review during the launch event, Tom O’Sullivan, CEO of Realestate.com.kh, emphasized the company’s mission of working towards a more trusted and sustainable property market. “Realestate.com.kh’s mission is to engage the entire industry, working together to create an efficient, transparent, trusted, and sustainable property market,” O’Sullivan said. “The Connect Center is a key part of this mission, providing a space where industry stakeholders can come together to learn, collaborate, and grow.

The Connect Center is open seven days a week and offers a wide range of services, including events, educational seminars, and exclusive sales opportunities. It is designed to support the professional development of freelance agents by providing them with the tools, resources, and training necessary for success in the industry.
“We’re focused on developing agents and equipping them with the right resources,” O’Sullivan added. “By empowering agents with knowledge and best practices, we ensure they operate at the highest level of professionalism. This, in turn, helps to create a more sustainable and trusted real estate market.”
Leveraging Technology to Support the Real Estate Community
The Connect Center also serves as an offline version of Connect Plus, Realestate.com.kh’s online platform designed for real estate agents. Connect Plus allows agents to manage leads and assists clients throughout the property transaction process, offering services such as legal support, loans, and insurance. O’Sullivan likened the platform to a service similar to “Grab for real estate,” emphasizing its role in streamlining transactions and improving efficiency for all parties involved.
“We’re offering a comprehensive solution for buyers, agents, and developers. Anyone interested in learning more about the market can visit us seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,” O’Sullivan said. “We also have displays from top developers, providing direct access to the latest projects and opportunities in the market.”

As Cambodia’s real estate sector continues to navigate a period of transition, marked by changing consumer demands and market corrections, O’Sullivan expressed confidence in the role that professionalism and collaboration will play in driving the market forward. “Despite the state of the market, the future of Cambodia’s real estate lies in the professionalism of agents, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders,” he explained. “Realestate.com.kh has the data, technology, systems, training, and resources to support thousands of agents, advise developers, and inform buyers to make the right decisions.”
