The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia’s Real Estate and Construction Committee held a networking event at the ODOM Showroom on Norodom Boulevard. The gathering attracted over 100 members of Phnom Penh’s business community, including both locals and expatriates, marking a significant occasion for industry professionals to connect and share insights.

Tom O’Sullivan, CEO of Realestate.com.kh and Joint Head of the American Chamber of Commerce Real Estate and Construction Committee, highlighted the importance of such events in fostering collaboration within the industry. “It’s always good to see the real estate industry coming together to network with peers,” O’Sullivan stated. “It gives everyone an opportunity to discuss what we are all doing and learn from each other. Bringing the industry together is more important than ever; we all need to work together to create a more sustainable real estate market.”

He further emphasized the committee’s commitment to hosting regular networking events, acknowledging their popularity and the value they bring to members. “This is the perfect time to ensure we create a more transparent, professional, and sustainable market for future growth. Thank you to ODOM, which is going to be Phnom Penh’s landmark development. We will continue to do these networking events because they are popular, and as we do every year, we want to bring as much value to members as possible. So, what we call events with deeper purpose will also be coming up.”
