DFDL Cambodia, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Ministry of Commerce, is set to host a seminar titled “Cambodia’s Regulatory Framework Development and Progression related to Security Interests in Movable Property.” This event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh on Wednesday, May 8, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

The seminar is designed to convene industry leaders and experts to discuss significant advancements in trade and supply chain finance within the region, and to provide an in-depth look at Cambodia’s secured transactions law. The agenda includes discussions on the development of trade and supply chain finance, local perspectives on secured transactions law, and the operations of the Secured Transactions Registry. A panel discussion and a question-and-answer session will follow these presentations.
