11th Responsib’All Day: Pernod Ricard Cambodge as part of global initiative dedicated to the wellbeing of employees and communities

On 15 June, 2023, Pernod Ricard Cambodge dedicated a day to the wellbeing of its local community in Phnom Penh. On that day, 40 employees of Pernod Ricard Cambodge worked collectively in partnership with the Les Restaurant Des Enfants (LRDE) and organized a happy fun day for the children through various group activities including cooking, learning and playing, cleaning and painting the wall and playground, etc. The smiles on faces of the children were greatest happiness of the team.

This day is part of Pernod Ricard’s global initiative Responsib’All Day, during which 19,000 employees around the world dedicate one day each year to actively contribute to the Group’s Sustainability & Responsibility Roadmap, Good Times from a Good Place. This year, Pernod Ricard’s teams focused on how to take better care of themselves and their local communities through a huge variety of activities tailored to each local context, with supporting the health and wellbeing of employees and the community promoting an inclusive and convivial culture – one of the key strategic focuses for the Group.

Now in its 11th edition, the initiative is very much part of our culture as ‘Créateurs de convivialité’ and enables us to harness the incredible passion of our people around the world to give back to our local communities.”
