The Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia and the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia are pleased to announce an upcoming networking event for business leaders. The event will take place on March 10th at the Sun & Moon Hotel Riverside on Norodom (near Road National 1), Poolside Ballroom on 6th Floor.

The event will provide a unique opportunity for members of both chambers to come together, share insights, and discuss business opportunities. The goal of the event is to foster stronger ties between the two chambers, adding value to business exchanges and discussions.

This will be the first key event hosted by CanCham since reopening last December and CanCham President Mr. Frédéric Proulx said.

“We’re thrilled to be hosting this gathering with our colleagues at the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia. After a challenging year for businesses, we’re eager to reconnect with our members and provide new opportunities for growth and collaboration,” he added.

Expand professional networks and gain new insights

Both CanCham and InCham are highly respected business organizations, providing valuable resources and networking opportunities for their members. By coming together for this gathering, members of both chambers will have the chance to expand their professional networks and gain new insights into the business climate in Cambodia.

Representatives from a variety of industries will be in attendance, including Healthcare, Education, Energy, Law, Real Estate, Hospitality, SME, Youth Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, Start Ups, Travel Agents, Restaurants, Account & Audit, Insurance, Banking, IT, AI, Agri and FMCG, to name just a few.

President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia, Mr. Sandeep Majumdar said that he is keen to work closely with Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia President, Mr. Frédéric Proulx, and his members to identify joint opportunities for business here in Cambodia.

“We’re looking forward to meeting with our colleagues from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia,” expressed Mr. Sandeep Majumdar, “We believe that this gathering will provide a valuable opportunity for our members to connect with other business leaders and explore the possibilities available in Cambodia,” he added.

Encouraging their respective country’s to invest

Both InCham & CanCham are encouraging their respective country’s businessmen & women to invest in Cambodia and InCham is already collaborating with their partners in India & Cambodia to bring a large business delegation from India to Cambodia during the first week of April 2023.

Cambodia is rich with opportunity in many sectors including Agri, SME, service industry, Education, AI & IT among many others.

The Business Leaders Networking Event will be hosted on March 10th and is open to members of both chambers, and non-members who are interested in learning more about the Canadian and Indian business communities in Cambodia. Information regarding event registration will be released shortly.
