IPS Real Estate will host an open event for Cambodian investors to learn more about one of Australia’s most anticipated projects – STH BNK By Beulah in Melbourne – as well as the migration opportunities for investors and their families on August 25 and 26 in Phnom Penh.
The $2.7 billion project is one of Australia’s most anticipated building projects, and when completed will be the tallest building in Southern Hemisphere featuring the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

STH BNK By Beulah in Melbourne has already recorded over AUD$600 million in sales from both local and international investors. It also included the sale of Melbourne’s most expensive apartment, Sth Bnk’s sub-penthouse at AUD$35 million
Stage one has now been successfully sold out and the developer will be bringing forward the second stage to cater to buyer demand.
