Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Community Management: Manage and grow our social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online environment.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling and shareable content.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking, with a passion for exploring new trends and technologies in social media marketing.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
