Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and other collateral.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer insights. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and trends, both online and offline.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving marketing targets and KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
