Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and other collateral.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer insights. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and trends, both online and offline.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and the ability to innovate marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving marketing targets and KPIs.
Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred as to manage local and international market.
