Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and brand visibility.
- PPC Campaign Management: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and more.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Khmer is preferred to manage local and international markets.
