The Rise of Capital Markets and Venture Capital in Cambodia will address the spectrum of capital markets inclusive of the Cambodia Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia, the Bond Market, the Underwriters, the Investors and Funds, and the Start-ups, Entrepreneurs and Capital Seekers.
The event has a line-up the market’s leading professional in the Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Funds, and Exchange and Regulator space.

The morning key note speech will be delivered by Chief Executive Officer of Cambodia Stock Exchange, His Excellency Hong Sok Hour, and the afternoon key note speech will be delivered by His Excellency Sou Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia.
The morning session will include an informative presentation on “Bond Issuance” by Mr. KT Han, managing Director of Yuanta Securities, the “Role of Underwriters” from Mr. Ranarith IV, CEO and Head of the Corporate and Investment Bank of RHB Securities (Cambodia), and Cambodia Stock Exchange’s Mr. Kim Kyeonghack will discuss “Capital Markets Development Strategy”.

The afternoon promises to be of great interest to entrepreneurs, start-ups and businesses seeking capital, with market experts across the Investment, Fund, and Entrepreneurs sectors. Mr. Stephen Higgins, Managing Partner of Mekong Strategic Partners, will present on “How Investors Decide Whether to Invest in a Start-up”.
