Sathapana Bank, a leading commercial bank in Cambodia, has officially launched its partnership with one of the country’s leading fintech firms, TrueMoney.
This partnership enables customers of Sathapana Bank to be able to withdraw cash from any of the 10,000 plus TrueMoney agents nationwide as they would do at a normal ATM.
Continuous innovation to better service our customers
Mr. Jean Pierre Gagnon, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sathapana Bank said: “At Sathapana, we’re hyper-focused on continuous innovation to better service our customers. Turning every TrueMoney agent into a human ATM allows us to offer everyday banking convenience to our customers no matter where they live,” he said.

While we have one of the largest ATM and branch networks in the country, this partnership with TrueMoney strengthens our reach and provides ample choices to our clients,” he added.

Offering a zero-fee special promotion
To promote the official partnership, Sathapana Bank and TrueMoney are offering a zero-fee special promotion for three months to any Sathapana customers withdrawing money at any True Money agent by using the ‘Human ATM’ service feature on the award-winning Sathapana Mobile app.
This service will bring everyday banking convenience to customers and offer easily accessible cash withdrawals more conveniently, quickly, and safely.
This promotion will be available to customers from the 15th of August onwards and will end on the 31st of October 2022. There will be more to come between Sathapana and True Money.
