Malaysian Business Chamber of Commerce elects Tan Khee Meng as the new president

Auditing firm Baker Tilly Cambodia has announced its Managing Partner Tan Khee Meng (KM Tan) was elected the Malaysian Business Chamber of Commerce (MBCC) president. Tan enters the role after previously serving as the chamber’s Vice President.

Tan is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (Cambodia), an approved auditor of the National Accounting Council of Cambodia, an approved auditor of the Securities Exchange Commission of Cambodia, as well as a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

“MBCC is one of the oldest business associations in Cambodia which was formed in the year 1997. KM was elected as Treasurer of the Executive Board from the year 2011 to 2018, and subsequently, he was elected as Vice President from the year 2019 to 2020,” the company stated in a Facebook post.

“Today, we are so proud of his accomplishment to be the President of MBCC, one of the leading business associations in Cambodia!” it added.
